User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the Alpon X website, mobile applications and related services. By creating an account or using the services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use Alpon X where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you, and you are responsible for complying with those laws.

Your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials and two-factor authentication methods secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Use of the services. You may not use Alpon X for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud, money laundering or to interfere with the platform. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that breach this agreement or where required by law.

Fees. Applicable fees are shown on the Fees page and at the time of each transaction. We may change fees with notice published on the platform.

Risk. Trading digital assets and derivatives involves significant risk, including the loss of your entire balance. Please read our Risk Disclosure before trading.

Changes. We may update this agreement from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
